Refund & Guarantee Policy

01The Guarantee

ACL guarantees that within 90 days of your program start date, your athlete will have:

• A fully optimized social media profile
• A documented content system in place
• A custom-built media kit
• A hand-matched list of 25 brand contacts in the athlete's niche
• A tested brand pitch process with at least one brand conversation initiated

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

1. Complete 100% of the course coursework within the 90-day program window.
2. Attend at least 80% of scheduled weekly live group coaching calls.
3. Complete the Week 1 Done-With-You Brand Audit submission within 7 days of program start.
4. Submit all required deliverables (content, pitches, outreach) on the timelines provided.
5. Be reachable for and attend all scheduled 1:1 strategy calls.
6. Maintain active participation inside the private NIL Family Inner Circle community.

02Refund Policy

Non-refundable after Day 14

Due to the immediate and significant delivery of digital content, community access, and personalized strategy work that begins on enrollment, all payments to the NIL Family Accelerator are non-refundable after the 14th day from your program start date.

14-Day Conditional Refund Window

You may request a refund within the first 14 days of your program start date under the following conditions:

1. You have completed and submitted all coursework released during the first 14 days.
2. You have attended all live coaching calls scheduled during the first 14 days.
3. You have completed your Week 1 Brand Audit submission.
4. You can show that the program is not a fit for your family despite full participation.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@athletecreatorlab.com within the 14-day window and must include documentation of completed coursework and call attendance.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 14 business days, less a $250 administrative and onboarding fee to cover delivery costs incurred during your participation.

03Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

• Failure to complete coursework, attend calls, or participate in the community.
• Change of mind or circumstance after Day 14.
• Dissatisfaction with results when the requirements above for the guarantee have not been met.
• Athlete-related issues outside of ACL's control (sport eligibility changes, transfers, injury, loss of interest, social media platform changes, etc.).
• Disagreements with program structure, delivery method, coaches, or community participants.
• Failure to use the materials, attend calls, or take action on the deliverables provided.

04Payment Plans

If you selected a payment plan (3-pay or 6-pay), you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your participation level. Missed or failed payments will result in immediate suspension of program and community access until the account is brought current.

05Cancellation by ACL

ACL reserves the right to remove a participant from the program without refund for:

• Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, coaches, or other participants.
• Violation of the community guidelines.
• Sharing of program materials, recordings, or community content outside the paid community.
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks.

06Intellectual Property

All program materials, including course videos, templates, scripts, pitch documents, media kit assets, and community content, are the intellectual property of Athlete Creator Lab, LLC. They are licensed to you for personal use within your family only.

Reselling, sharing, or distributing program materials is prohibited and grounds for immediate removal from the program without refund.

By completing payment for the NIL Family Accelerator, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Refund and Guarantee Policy.
• You agree to the terms outlined above.
• You acknowledge that results vary and depend significantly on your athlete's effort, engagement, and execution.
• You understand that ACL does not guarantee any specific dollar amount in NIL deals. Only the deliverables and pitch process outlined in the Guarantee section.
